You must not share your login details with any other person. 3patti will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted on the platform using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify 3patti support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3patti operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its licensing obligations. Users may be required to submit copies of identity documents (such as a valid Pakistani National Identity Card, passport, or other government-issued identification) and proof of address at any stage during the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until the process is complete.
Note for Pakistani players: JazzCash and EasyPaisa account holders may be asked to confirm that the mobile wallet used for deposits is registered in their own name as part of the KYC process. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not specific to any individual user.

If your 3patti account remains inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months and contains a balance, 3patti may apply an administrative dormancy fee as described in its account management policy. You will be notified prior to any fee being applied. It remains your responsibility to maintain activity on your account and to withdraw your balance when you no longer wish to use the platform.
